Wine

Bremerton Wines Bâtonnage Chardonnay is sourced from the estate's Langhorne Creek property. It is a selection of the best fruit before the rest is sold to other wineries.

The juice ferments in French oak barrels with wild yeasts, followed by 12 months of maturation in Bremerton's purpose built barrel cellar. As it matures, the wine receives bâtonnage, or lees stirring, to develop complexity.

Deep yellow, Bremerton Wines Bâtonnage Chardonnay's restrained oak, creamy mouthfeel and fine acidity complement its fruit flavours. Cellaring potential is five years.
